I’ve been participating in Rae’s HIIT bootcamp class twice a week for about 3 1/2 months now and I love it! I primarily enjoy running but thought bootcamp would be a great way to shake things up… through bootcamp, I’ve become stronger and a faster runner. I am amazed that I can do bicep curls now… before, they were an unattainable dream!
Rae is an encouraging, yet tough, instructor that pushes you out of your comfort zone and to your limit – it’s great because he makes sure I not only get through each exercise, but that I am doing it right. He pays special attention to everyone in the class and was born to teach!
I not only enjoy and thrive with Rae’s style, but I also really like the small group bootcamp classes. We’ve become like a little family encouraging, pushing, and supporting each other.
