Ingredients: (4 sweet potatoes, 1 cup chopped walnuts, 2 tbsp. cinnamon, 1 tbsp. nutmeg, 1 tsp. salt, & 1 stick organic butter)
Recipe: Preheat your oven at 375 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Peel sweet potatoes and cut in to cubes. Sprinkle walnuts on cookie sheet, and add lightly season with cinnamon, nutmeg and sea salt. Melt 1 stick of butter and drizzle butter over the contents and roast in the oven for 40 minutes.
