Roasted Asparagus

Ingredients: (2 bushels asparagus, ¼ cup olive oil, ½ tsp. salt, ¼  tbsp. pepper, 1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese)

Recipe:  Preheat your oven at 425 degrees. Place the asparagus into a mixing bowl, and drizzle with the olive oil. Toss to coat the spears, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Arrange the asparagus onto a baking sheet in a single layer.  Place pan in the oven for 12-13 minutes.
